Speaking to mason about purchasing a mobility scooter from them he went through all the specifications of my choosen scooter so I had all the information took me through my finance application ordered my new scooter to be delivered on the 1st of April looking forward to getting my new scooter. I took delivery if a new mobility scooter today from mobility connect by driver Andrew n his mate ,the service from these guys was bar none,they were polite ,helpful,patient n very easy to deal with.i also would very highly recommend talking to mason from mobility connect he dealt with my initial order n was very patient with me.
I received my scooter 2 weeks ago the scooterpac ignite mini I'm thrilled to bits with it it's giving me the independence I need the scooter itself is fab the heated seat I used yesterday and within a min or it was really hot thank you mobility connect
Just recently purchased a k lite mobility scooter and such a fantastic piece of kit, The mobility scooter has given my freedom back and such a smooth easy ride. I've just been accepted finance and I've chose the scooterpac savvy 8 scooter. It's due to be delivered next week. The lady I spoke to was absolutely wonderful and friendly. I'm so so excited because this is going to change my life and give me back my freedom and independence. I highly recommend mobility connect to anyone and everyone looking to get a scooter on finance. I'll be paying just over £100 every 4 weeks. It's a small price to pay for giving back my life. I'm so excited I cannot wait ☺️ Thank you mobility connect your saving mu life. Xxx

Down to to the delivery guy Graham who made sure i was all sorted for my hospital appointment. Really appreciate the support they gave. Everything was very thorough!!
Had my scooter delivered this morning was so friendly and helpful showed us how it worked and how to take it apart. Also was so helpful when ordering to help find the right one to fit my needs. He showed me exactly how to take it apart, to charge it and how to use it safely.
