100% very happy with my new scooter. In fact were so happy I think my.sister has now decided to go ahead and maybe get one herself.
The whole process has been made very easy and the staff have been so polite.
The delivery driver was also very helpful and took alot of time in making sure I was comfortable in using it before he left.
Much appreciated and thanks very much to everyone at mobility connect 😀😊

Just purchased 2 scooters one for me and my.husband. absolutely love them and has given both of us the freedom to get back out and about.
These will be very handy for everyday use and would just highly like to thank all.of the staff at mobility connect for being courteous and making sure we both received the right scooters.
Any questions asked they went above and beyond.
Highly recommend

Brilliant service and very informative was nervous from the get go. But The staff at mobility connect always kept me in the loop and made sure to provide me with the correct scooter. I'd been looking at the onyx scooter for a while and absolutely love it.
The driver who came Cain I think his name was also very pleasant and made sure I knew on how to use my new scooter before he left. Massive thanks

Very pleased and service has been great. Delivery driver Cain couldn't have been more helpful and went well out of his way in explaining everything in full detail.
Would always recommend mobility connect as they have never let me down and these our second lot of scooter and never had a problem.

I received my two scooters today. A really lovely lad called , Andy,showed me everything I needed to know. He was a gem !!!
Love my pink "mean machine". I've called her "Crazy Train ",after one of Ozzy Osborne song that I love. Can't wait to decorate her!!!!
The one to go in the boot is amazing!!!
Press one button and she folds up and then down. So quick and easy.
I recommend using this company to anyone. A big Thanks to Louise.

I love mobility connect. and the staff are so lovely and nothing is ever too much for them. they go above and beyond to try and get what you want and need and they always explain everything so well and clear. I struggle with understanding some things due to ADHD and I've never had a problem with understanding anything with them. they gave me my independence back when they got me a mobility scooter that suited my needs and I am forever grateful to them. I know it's Thier insensitive to get you what you need because at the end of the day they are a business.. but they do care about Thier customers. and I've just got an adjustable bed for my needs that I've been trying to get for ages. I've actually got it in my husbands name as I've already got a mobility scooter. with snap. which mobility connect suggested. as I wouldn't have thought of this. so thank you to Simon for suggesting this. and thank you to mason for sorting it all out for me. and Darren for sorting my mobility scooter. you are all amazing..and I'll never go anywhere else. 💕 I sure got lucky finding you through Facebook. which was just pure luck. as I wasn't even looking at the time. as I knew I had awful credit. and just by chance you popped up on my Facebook and thought why got give it a try and just see what comes back. how lucky was I. I thought I was going to be stuck in my house for the rest of my life. as I knew I couldn't afford a mobility scooter. and an adjustable bed. thank you all 💕💕

Brilliant in regarding if I have any problems, Darren has always been very helpful and reliable if I'd have any problems. Just ordered my second scooter and very happy an will always keep coming back to mobility connect. Cain on delivery was also very helpful and showed me.how to use my new scooter on delivery.

Absolutely fantastic
Can't fault mobility connect they made sure I received a very safe scooter. As my safety always comes first.
The whole process of ordering was very easy and I got the scooter I was looking for.
Delivery service was brilliant and the lad who delivered my scooter was very caring and went out of his way to show me how to use it and make sure I was 100% safe.
Would just like to say a massive thank you.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend these people I never thought I would get a brand new mobility scooter. Allways had second hand ones that never last. Thanks to these people I not only have a new scooter. But piece of mine when I go out it as given me the freedom to go out to places I would not normally go on a scooter because of the fear of a brake down. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and made it so I could afford the monthly payments. I am so grateful to them thank you for everything.

in general its good value, it might have suspension but you would not think so, very hard ride, had a battery fault and firm came down south and fixed it for me. Very grateful to them

From the phone call until the delivery was excellent. When ordering the guy was polite, understanding and listened to what I wanted. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything perfectly. The delivery driver was polite helpful and explained everything to me and when my son turned up he explained everything to him . All I can say is I would recommend this company 100%. They really care about what’s best for you and not just a quick sale. Thank you
